key duties and responsibilities:

providing administrative service and coordinating with different departments or units of the university;

assisting the dean with teaching and research projects, preparing and managing all the relevant documents as records;

preparing materials for domestic and international academic conferences, including database search, slides and proposal writing;

undertaking other tasks assigned by the superior and dean.

qualifications and requirements:

a bachelor or higher degree;

a minimum of 1-year post-qualification executive or relevant working experience;

good research data search and graphic presentation skills;

good command of both written and spoken english;

good file management and communication skills;

good physical and mental health with strong affinity;

proficiency in microsoft office software and social media;

knowledge in medicine preferred.

salary and benefits

salary will be competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. appointments will be made under the establishment of cuhk-sz and statutory benefits will be provided according to the prevailing labor laws applicable in the prc. the appointee will be based at the university campus in shenzhen, prc.
