职位/Position: Paralegal – Legal Department（合同签定中智）

Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented?paralegal to provide service to DuPont. This paralegal will work closely with?other commercial counsels to assist with legal tasks to ensure the smooth?operation of legal matters. This position requires strong organizational and?communication skills, excellent research capabilities, and the ability to work?independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate should also be?able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough legal research and exercise specific analysis on certain matters as directed by line manager.
Prepare and draft legal documents, such as commercial contracts, briefs, legal memoranda and legal template update.
Assist with collecting and organizing documentations for lawsuits processing or administrative application or submission on company governance matters and conduct timely update re progress of the cases.
Assist line manager in performing Ad hoc projects and in preparing and filing documents.
Monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations, internal compliance policies, and provide the line manager timely updates based on the changes of the laws, regulations, or policies.
Credibility and authority to support projects often?involving complex legal issues requiring interface with internal management and external legal support.
Perform additional legal duties as experience and workload permit

Skills and qualifications required:
Bachelor’s degree from a renowned university/law school
At least 3 years of experience working in a law firm and/or in-house legal department and have solid understanding of legal terminology and procedures
Highly proficient in conducting legal research using online research tools and excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluent in English both in written and oral communications.
Strong planning, organizational, project management and communication skills and attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced and global and matrix environment
Strategic thinker and problem solver with sound professional?judgment, possess strong business acumen and ability to analyze complex issues, identify all relevant considerations and develop practical solutions
High energy, resourceful, self-starter, customer-focused,flexible and adaptable to manage and lead change
Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team

2. 2年相关合同审核/谈判经验，prefer律所背景
3. 有相关英文合同审核经验，可使用法律英语
