Job Targets and Decision Making 岗位目标及工作权限
1. 当出现质量问题或者存在对顾客的风险时有权停止生产 Authorized to stop production in case of quality problem or risks for customer arisen
2. 对不合格品的处理决定 Decision on disposal of nonconforming products
3. 对客户要求以及工厂内部变更管理 Change management from customer and internal.


Main Focus of Duties and Responsibilities 主要工作职责
1. Planning of quality control measures with new projects/新项目质量控制手段的策划
- Creating and updating control plan (Prototype, Pre-launch and Production) according to the schedule of new projects
根据新项目计划制定并更新控制计划（手工样件，试生产，生产）
- Coordinating and conducting inspection and tests (external and internal) which are requested by the project
协调和实施项目所要求的检验和试验（内部和外部）
- Planning and conducting MSA for gages used by operator at production line and test equipment used by quality lab
计划并实施生产线上操作员使用的量检具以及试验室使用的试验设备的测量系统分析
- Communicate with customer for customer release (PPAP or EMPB)
针对顾客批准（PPAP或EMPB）与顾客进行沟通
- Reporting and documentation.
报告和记录

2. Customer complaint management/顾客抱怨管理
- Analyzing customer returned products (0-Km and warranty)
顾客退货的分析（零公里和售后索赔）
- Initiating short-term actions if necessary to securing the customer
如有必要启动短期措施以确保顾客的安全
- Coordinating and validating the corrective and preventive actions in case of customer complaint
协调和确认针对顾客抱怨所采取的纠正和预防措施
- Communicating with customer for problem solving
与顾客就问题的解决进行沟通
- Reporting and documentation

3. Measurement gauge and test tooling control 量检具测试工装控制
- Serial production measurement gauge and test tooling continue improvement
批量生产过程，量检具改进

4. Quality in Production review/生产质量控制
- Leading the root cause analysis in case of quality problem during serial production
在批量生产出现质量问题时组织进行根本原因分析
- Coordinating with the responsible employees for quality problem solving (root cause elimination)
协调相关负责人解决质量问题（消除根本原因）
- Validation of the corrective and preventive actions which taken by the responsible employee
对相关负责人采取的纠正和预防措施进行确认
- Analysis process tool applies, familiar with DOE, FMEA, SPC
分析过程中的工具应用，熟练使用DOE，FMEA，SPC
- Cooperating with production team to monitoring on the scrap and rework rate
与生产部合作监控废品率和返工率
- Reporting and documentation
报告和记录

5. Others/其它
- Planning and conducting internal product and process readiness audits
策划并实施内部产品和过程就绪审核
- Temporary tasks which delegated by the direct supervisor
