Your Profile:
? Participate in an international team rolling out global solutions for industrial business
? Deep knowledge and understanding of business processes supported by the applications
? Deep understanding of how the systems work
? Collaborate with key users to ensure each complaint handled accordingly
? Perform root cause analysis of reported issues
? Troubleshoot and identify potential solutions to the problem
? Collaborate with the software engineering and system management team
? Manage vendor escalations
? Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship
? Responsible to maintain an up-to-date knowledge base to solve application issues
? Responsible for continuous improvement of application support processes
Requirements:
? Bachelor Degree and major in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems or equivalent working experience
? 2 years working experience as 2nd level application support engineer and preferred manufacturing related industry.
? Profound education in Computer Science, Information Technology or Information Systems (Master, Bachelor or comparable) or equivalent working experience
? Working experience in a leadership role
? Ability to understand complex systems and processes
? Nice to have-Knowledge of Java or other OOP language, ability to debug code
? Excellent skills to debug browser based applications
? Excellent skills to construct complex SQL statements
? Excellent communications skills also in conflict situations
? Customer orientation, can solve issues with empathy
? Fluent English in spoken and written
? Accept business trip as project demanding
